1. Basic Information
These Terms govern contracts concluded remotely between the seller Dominik Mraček (ICO 19448279) and customers through https://afstudio.dev.
2. Products and Services
We provide digital content, preorders, one-time support products and recurring monthly subscriptions as displayed on the website.
3. Contract Formation
- You place an order by completing checkout.
- You can review and correct details before payment confirmation.
- The contract is concluded when payment is successfully confirmed.
- Contracts are stored electronically and are not publicly accessible.
4. Prices and Payment
- Prices are shown with product details in the displayed currency.
- Payments are processed via Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle until canceled.
- Tax documents are issued according to applicable legal rules.
5. Delivery
Digital content is delivered without undue delay after payment, unless explicitly stated otherwise (for example preorder with later release date).
6. Consumer Withdrawal Rights
- Consumers may generally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.
- For digital content supplied online, withdrawal rights may be lost if supply starts with explicit prior consent and proper prior notice.
- Subscriptions can be terminated for future cycles through account settings.
7. Defects and Complaints
Rights arising from defective performance are governed by applicable law. Detailed complaint procedure is available in the Complaints and ADR policy.
8. Out-of-Court Consumer Disputes (ADR)
Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution. The competent body is Česká obchodní inspekce. Details: https://www.coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and directly applicable EU law. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.
