Complaints are handled without undue delay and within statutory deadlines applicable in the Czech Republic. You will be informed about progress and outcome by email.
3. Resolution Methods
- Defect correction or service completion.
- Reasonable price reduction.
- Contract withdrawal and refund where legally applicable.
4. Out-of-Court Consumer Disputes (ADR)
Consumers may file an ADR request with Česká obchodní inspekce. More information: https://www.coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/.
5. Applicable Law
Complaint handling is governed by Czech consumer law and directly applicable EU law.
