1. How to Submit a Complaint

  • Send your complaint to arcflare99@gmail.com.
  • Include order ID, defect description and preferred resolution.
  • Attach screenshots or additional evidence if available.

2. Handling Time

Complaints are handled without undue delay and within statutory deadlines applicable in the Czech Republic. You will be informed about progress and outcome by email.

3. Resolution Methods

  • Defect correction or service completion.
  • Reasonable price reduction.
  • Contract withdrawal and refund where legally applicable.

4. Out-of-Court Consumer Disputes (ADR)

Consumers may file an ADR request with Česká obchodní inspekce. More information: https://www.coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/.

5. Applicable Law

Complaint handling is governed by Czech consumer law and directly applicable EU law.
